Wedding Packages (9 hrs) inclusive of set up and breakdown
Includes tables, chairs, a valet, and a facility coordinator.
Up to 100 guests: $10,000
101-125 guests: $10,750
126-160 guests: $11,500
$1,000 Security Deposit
Wine Purchase Requirement: 1 case per 25 guests
Toast Policy: Guests can bring in sparkling wines for the toast without corkage. Must be confirmed prior with management.
All other wines must be Bella Montagna wines.Wine Buy-Out Option: For those who do not drink and do not wish to serve alcohol at their event, we have a wine buy-out option: pay $500 for up to 100 people and $800 for over 100 to satisfy the wine requirement.
Ceremony Packages
Includes chairs, valet, and facility coordinator.
Up to 100 guests: $5,500
101-125 guests: $6,000
126-160 guests: $6,500
$1,000 Security Deposit
Rental Time: 3 hours
Special Events (Evening Events)
Private event, seated, with tables and chairs.
Up to 30 people: $2,000
Up to 50 people: $3,000
50 people +: $3,000 + $35/person for every individual over 50
Event Coordinator: $250
Rental Time: 5 hours (including set-up and breakdown time)
Hourly Extension: $500/hour regardless of the number of people
Wine Purchase Requirement: + 1 bottle purchase for every 5 people
Wine Buy-Out Option: For those who do not drink and do not wish to serve alcohol at their event, we have a wine buy-out option: pay $5 per person to satisfy the wine requirement.
Special Events - Semi-Private, Daytime Only (20 cars or less)
Use of a designated area for lounging and mingling together - not a seated event
$30/person ($300 minimum) for 3 hours + 1 bottle purchase for every 5 people
Wine Buy-Out Option: For those who do not drink and do not wish to serve alcohol at their event, we have a wine buy-out option: pay $5 per person to satisfy the wine requirement.
Group Tasting (Parties of 7 or more)
$30/person 1.5-hour tasting experience. Experience can be extended up to 2 hours with an additional wine purchase.
A minimum wine purchase is required for all group tastings.
Wine Tasting (Parties of 6 or less)
$20/person 1-hour tasting experience. Experience can be extended up to 2 hours with an additional wine purchase.
Additional Incentives and Adjustments
Wine Club Members: normal member pricing on wine
Wine Industry Members: 15% on wines only
