Wedding Packages (9 hrs) inclusive of set up and breakdown
Includes tables, chairs, valet and facility coordinator.
Up to 100 guests: $10,000
101-125 guests: $10,750
126-160 guests: $11,500
Wine Purchase Requirement: 1 case per 25 guests
Toast Policy: Guests can bring in sparkling wines for the toast without corkage. All other wines must be Bella Montagna wines.
Ceremony Packages
Includes chairs, valet and facility coordinator.
Up to 100 guests: $5,500
101-125 guests: $6,000
126-160 guests: $6,500
Rental Time: 3 hrs
Special Events (Evening Events)
Private event, seated, tables, chairs.
Up to 30 people: $2,000
Up to 50 people: $3,000
50 people +: $3,000 + $35/person for every individual over 50
Event Coordinator: $250
Rental Time: 5 hrs (including set-up and breakdown time)
Hourly Extension: $500/hr regardless of the number of people
Wine Purchase Requirement: + 1 bottle for every 5 people purchase
Special Events - Semi Private, Daytime Only (20 cars or less)
Use of a designated area for lounging and mingling together - not a seated event
$30/person ($300 minimum) for 3 hours + 1 bottle for every 5 people purchase
Group Tasting (Parties of 10 or more)
$30/person 1.5 hour tasting experience. Experience can be extended up to 2 hours with additional wine purchase.
Wine Tasting (Parties of 9 or less)
$20/person 1 hour tasting experience. Experience can be extended up to 2 hours with additional wine purchase.
Additional Incentives and Adjustments
Wine Club Members: normal member pricing on wine
Wine Industry Members: 15% on wines only
