WHAT TO EXPECT AT OUR PROPERTY AND IMPORTANT DETAILS
Our estate is home to our flourishing vineyards, our family home, horse stables, and livestock. We are tucked back away from it all but to get to our estate you venture through neighborhoods. For those reasons and our limited parking, we do require reservations and cannot accommodate walk-ins. Please email info@bellamontagna.net to book your desired time and date. Victor, our owner, manages all bookings and will respond with availability.
Arriving at the Property
Upon arrival, you'll find a gate. Please ring it if it's closed, and we'll let you in for your reservation. To respect the privacy and safety of our guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation to allow time for previous guests to depart. If you arrive too early, we may need you to wait to park before entering the property. If you have wine to pick up, please arrange this in advance with Victor by emailing info@bellamontagna.net.
Please do not ring the gate if you do not have a reservation; we cannot accept walk-ins. If you have wine to pick up, you can go ahead and arrange for that in advance with Victor before arriving. Please email info@bellamontagna.net.
Parking
Parking at our estate is limited. At the front section, there is space for six cars, each designated with an orange cone. We have additional; parking where we will tandem park or double park cars. Upon reservation confirmation, we'll let you know which cone or area to park in when you arrive.
Tastings
We hold tastings only on certain days; the calendar will be listed below. Guests have 90 minutes for their tasting experience, to enjoy the views and the leisure feel of the estate, and to sip on Bella wines. We do need to keep the timing set so that we may accommodate our other bookings. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate you wanting to visit us!
Members
Members have priority access to special areas of the property, but reservations are required. Members receive complimentary tasting flights for them and one guest when they join and at two member releases each year. They are welcome to enjoy the members-only area by reservation, with wines by the glass or bottle. Members' pricing is applied to all wines purchased on-site and off-site.
Members must commit to a minimum of one year of the membership; if they cancel before a one-year commitment, the discounts and comp tastings will be charged.
Weekends
When we open up on weekends, we will have parking attendants during some busier times of the season. These attendants work for us, are familiar with the property, and will park your car for you. We will notify you of this upon booking.
Visit and Sip Responsibly
We are thrilled to have so many loyal fans, and we look forward to hosting more, that's why we are in this business! We ask that you taste responsibly; we are in a neighborhood, and San Jose is busy. Please use ride share or designated drivers when needed. Please let us know when booking your reservation if you will arrive via Lyft or Uber.
Children and Pets
We love our kids and our pets, but due to the nature of the property constraints, the pool, hills, and limited space, we ask that you please leave your pets and children with caretakers at home. Thank you for your understanding.
Picnics On Site
We are happy to have you bring a small picnic, but we ask that you please take out whatever you bring in as well as trash.
