Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy: Due to the perishable nature of wine and our commitment to delivering the highest quality product, we refrain from shipping during the peak summer months. Shipments may also be placed on weather hold based on destination and temperatures. You will be notified via email at the time of orders if any weather-related delays or holds are anticipated.
Returns: We gladly accept returns for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. If your wine has already been shipped, cancellations may not be possible, and fulfillment fees may apply. While we strive to accommodate your requests, some fees may still be incurred.
Refunds: Wine purchases are non-refundable, except in the case of damage. Shipping charges are also non-refundable.
