2023 Sauvignon Blanc

Our sundrenched hillside perched above the Santa Clara Valley is the perfect place to grow Sauvignon Blanc.  Its exposure ensures ripeness, but this hillside is quick to cool down each night during the growing season providing a lift in acidity, giving the wine verve and zing while showcasing its natural tropical fruit flavors and aromatics.  Fermented and aged in a combination of neutral french oak and stainless steel, our SB is sure to please on a warm day with friends.
